Remember Who Is In The Room

Scripture (ESV)

“I have set the LORD always before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken.” — Psalm 16:8

Reverence has already shown up in this journey as holy weight and as a God-centered way of living. Here it comes back as sacred awareness.

Sacred awareness means you remember who is present. In the meeting. In the conflict. In the private conversation. In the decision nobody else will know about.

That changes leadership. You do not have to perform for the strongest personality in the room. You do not have to bend truth to protect your image. You do not have to make human approval feel ultimate.

David says, “I have set the LORD always before me.” God was not absent. David was training his attention not to live as though He were.

Why this matters

When you forget God’s presence, pressure starts feeling bigger than it is. But when reverence becomes sacred awareness, you lead before God instead of merely reacting to people.
