I have come to realize that many of the “New Year’s Resolutions” I’ve made in the past have fallen woefully short of my good intentions. However, I did set out to accomplish several goals this year and my wife convinced me to write my goals down on a vision board, posted in my home office. One of the goals I have looked at on an almost daily basis for the first half of 2018…is starting the process of writing…once again.
My goal is going to be a bit different this time around and this blog will focus on a few specific things: Family, Faith, and Leadership. I’ve found that when I focus on a lot of things I tend to do nothing. But when I focus my efforts on one, or in this case, three things, I tend to get results.
I am blessed to have a wonderful and supportive family along with an amazing and supportive organization to work with. This July, I will celebrate my third year as President/CEO of Pennsylvania Adult & Teen Challenge. I will write about these two topics along with highlighting my journey from addiction – to faith, hope, and healing.
I look forward to sharing my journey in the days, weeks, months, and (hopefully…) years to come.
Look forward to reading what God has taught you in this journey. I am so happy to have you and your beautiful family leading an organization that is so dear to my heart. God bless you in encouraging others as you share how He has directed your path. My prayers for you as you lead Adult & Teen Challenge.

I very excited about this blog. Your organic approach to discipleship has helped me grow in so many ways. I’m honored to work for you at such a evolving organization that has not swayed in their fundamental core values.
